FAQs

Ad Hoc Digital simply put is an agency that helps law firms with client acquisition. We focus on helping law firms get more clients, get higher quality clients and ultimately have a more consistent client load.

Santiago Alvarez (me) is the founder and managing director at Ad Hoc Digital.

Honestly the biggest difference is that we actually care. Now, I know that’s easy to say, but how does this look in practice?

  • Well, we aren’t going to try to sell you on services that aren’t a good fit for you.
  • You won’t be passed off to an offshore rep. We will personally work with you.
  • We only work with one firm per location, so there’s never a conflict of interest.
  • We treat your budget like it’s our own and take the time to understand your firm deeply before tailoring a strategy.
  • And unlike those ‘marketing mills,’ we don’t just churn and burn through clients.
  • We’re in it to build real, lasting relationships.

At the moment we don’t have any long term contracts for any of our services. We don’t believe in keeping your money if you’re unhappy; it’s not how we do business.

However, we want to set realistic expectations – what we do is not a quick-fix solution. Achieving results can take time, so if you’re looking for instant outcomes, we are probably not be the best fit.

Our onboarding process is very quick and straightforward. Once you decide you want to work with us, we will set up a time to have an onboarding call where we’ll iron out all the details. Prior to the call we’ll also get you to fill out a short questionnaire so that we can hit the ground running.

If you ever find yourself truly dissatisfied with the results we deliver and the effort we put in, we have no intention of keeping your money.

While this situation has never arisen in the past, if it were ever to occur, then we wouldn’t be worthy of your business.
